Make a selection

Choose the items you like from the catalogue, our website or our showroom, or send us a theme or a picture for new designs.

Quotation

We send you a quotation with prices, packing, quantity per pallet and per container, and minimum order for your selection.

Sampling

We make samples of the items you choose, so you can approve the shape, colour and finish before production.

Deposit

Usually a 30% deposit when you place the order, and the balance by T/T against documents. After your first order, we are flexible on payment terms.

Production time

Production typically takes 90 days in low season and 90–120 days in high season (August to Chinese New Year). We plan your production slot as soon as the deposit is received.

Confirm and produce

We confirm every detail with you (designs, colours, labels and packing), then our partner factories across Vietnam produce your order by hand, using moulds handmade at our warehouse. Production photos on request.

Inspect, pack and load

Every piece is checked and packed in our warehouse, and we load the container on site, ready for shipment from Vietnam.

Minimum order: 200–300 pcs/sets per item (typical). Mixed containers and mixed pallets are welcome, so you can combine many items in one shipment. Our high season runs from August to Chinese New Year. For autumn, Christmas and spring programmes, please send your selection early so we can plan production.

Packing options

Packed for safe arrival and for your shop floor

Pots are nested in sets with cardboard protection between sizes and strapped together. We choose the packing per item and per customer:

Brown 5-ply cartons, small display cartons, white or brown cartons with colour stickers
Wooden crates and bamboo boxes for fragile and large items
Display cartons, wooden display pallets and bamboo display pallets, ready for the shop floor
Half pallets of stackable, terracotta or glazed items
Full pallets of items packed in cartons or wooden crates

Good to know

Container loading

Each product page shows quantity per pallet, pallets per 40ft container and quantity per 40ft container (for registered buyers).

Mixed containers & pallets

Mixed containers and mixed pallets are welcome. Tell us the items and quantities and we will propose the best way to load them.

Designs from a theme or a picture

Give us a theme, or send a picture or drawing. We develop the design, make the mould by hand in our warehouse and quote it.

Labels and barcodes

Ask us about your own labels, stickers and printed cartons for retail-ready delivery.

Transparency & responsibility

We are fully transparent about how and where your products are made, and we take responsibility if anything goes wrong. BSCI audited (2026).
